Medium off-white head over finely carbonated golden-orange beer. Lemon, saddle soap, lactic acid, barnyard. Puckering at first, mild ensuite, barnyard, lemon, buttermilk, vaguely wood. Dry-out effect, lipsmacking sourness, mild acidthinning, long lasting flavours. Outstanding. Even that word doesn't clinch it. 9/4/9/4/19
