Flaska. Doften har inslag av citron, trä och torkade blommor. Smaken har tydlig karaktär av trä men är samtidigt uppfriskande med mycket citrus och har dessuton starka inslag av bittra örter. Avslutningen är något torr. Överlag känns den fortfarande ung och kanske inte helt satt men är å andra sidan väldigt lättdrucken och trevlig.

Bottle pour at De Lambikstoempers Bierweekend. Funk-ass nose, lemon, grapefruit, wet wood, horse blanket. PRetty, deep gold, spritzy. Lemony, woody, medium acidity, nice fruits wiht light sweetness and a tannic, dry finish. Great.

Lys brun lett tåkete med lavt hvitt skum. Lukter eik, jord og noe eddik. Middels fylde. Sursyrlig smak. Eddik, eik, epler og noe floralsk. Middels lang.

Bottle, courtesy of SinH4. Pours yellow. Aroma is citric, funk, little horse blankets. Body is light, sour and tart, fizzy, citric, but all very balanced and goodz with a solid backbone, complex and delivering. Lingering citric and blanket palate. Good!

Golden-amber, moderate hazy body, with a medium, fluffy, yellowish head.
Lovely, complex aroma of barnyard funk, sour berries, apples, pears, horse blanket, wood, some ripe cheese.
Tastes similar, while a bit straighter and smoother.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes smooth, fresh, moderate dry, wooden, slightly funky, with green apples, some citrus, some berries.
Delicious! Incredibly balanced and smooth to drink, with just enough, sourness and carbonation. Especially the nose is really amazing, with diverse fruits, fresh funk and moderate barrel notes. Beautiful, elegant Gueuze.

Vintage 2017. orange rather hazy color, small white head. smells earthy, musty, cheesy, bit floral, wood, grassy. very nice smell. full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes earthy, grassy, citric, peppery, cheesy, bluecheese, flowery. finishes dry and medium sour with notes earthy, grassy, and citric notes. very nice one.
