375ml bottle from Vanuxeem. Pours misty yellow, small white head. Sweet funk on the nose. Taste presents a sharp acidity, fresh and zesty with sweet sugary funk and a measured sour edge. Excellent lambic.

2017er Fassung - in der Nase tartig, Aprikose. Im Trunk sauer, leicht erdig, tartig, trocken. Von der Fasslagerung hab ich mir etwas intensivere Geschmäcker versprochen. Recht leicht.

Bottle, bought at the brewery. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Funky aroma with a lot of golden fruit like apple, pear and apricot. Dry and tart fruity flavour with grassy and wooden notes.

Fat på MBCC 2018, grönt pass. Ljusguldig med vit krona. Funkigt och syrligt med druvor, äpple, jord, stall, vinäger och fina fattoner. Torr, lätt och ganska stram. Mycket gott.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Almost clear golden, small head. Mild bretty horse blanket and lemon aroma. Tart with medium body and rounded rounded mouthfeel. Fairly mild citric acid, some cobwebs and horse blanket. Mid bitter finish.
