Bottle: Poured a golden color lambic with a large white head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of funky yeast notes, oak and tart notes is pretty enjoyable. Taste is a complex mix of oak, funky yeast notes, light barnyard notes with some tart notes is really enjoyable. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Complex lambic with nice balance of complexity and drinkability.

medium golden color. Slightly hazy. Excellent pronounced oak, leather, barnyard and horse blanket character. Off dry, tons of citrus, chocolate, coffee-ish notes. Very unusual. Very tart. Great depth. Tons of horseblanket. Very funky. Excellent stuff 4

Taster showing deep gold with sparse white foam. The nose shows pronounced notes of brett and light oak. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Moderately tart with strong notes of brett, horse blanket, and barndoor with sparkling acidity on the finish.

Bottle shared @Luppolo Station (Rome). Oro torbida, schiuma bianca media, non molto persistente. Al naso note di fiori bianchi, mela, leggero citrico. In bocca è equilibratissima, le botti di Porto le donano una morbidezza inaspettata. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Raffinatissima.
