Tap @ Borefts. Pale blonde. Cloudy, vanilla dominating the apple in the aroma, sour apple flavor with strong vanilla notes. Interesting.

330ml bottle from Bierhalle Deconinck. Pours unclear golden yellow. Some prominent vanilla on the nose. Taste bears a nice gentle vanilla presence, softly sweet, a touch tart with light sour, distant farmhouse dustiness on the palate. Not bad really, vanilla works well.

Bottle at home shared thanks to Maakun. Clear pale straw and no head. Dried sweet apples and a lot of vanilla, light tree bark. Moderate sweet, very dry. Bottle shared. Almost clear light golden with a few bubbles. Sour apple and pear, massive vanilla smell but not so much taste, lemon juice, soft funk, hay, gooseberries, moss. Medium sour and light bitter. Light bodied, soft sparkly carbonation and dry finish. Very unusual, maybe a bit thin and too much vanilla but it certainly has some nice elements here.

Draught at Haket, Göteborg, on August 18, 2017.Slight hazy very pale yellow color, small white head. Sweet, apple, vanilla scent. Acidic, citric, vanilla, cloying, butter taste. Butter aftertaste, also vanilla. Thin fizzy mouthfeel, tart finish.Sorry Timo, really not for me this one.

Bottle from Beergium. Milky, hazy yellow with a Quick fizz. Very light apple, grapes, citrus subtle vanilla. Some lingering tartness. Lacks punch.

At Ghent Beer Festival 2017. Clear yellow, no head. The aroma contains grain, citrus, apple and vanilla. It tastes heavy sour and light fruity sweet with a tart finish. Light body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation. Can’t say I liked it.

[ As Sahtipaja Vaniljcider ].Unclear light to medium yellow colour with a small, virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, vanilla, green applea. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, vanilla, apple, cider tart notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160923] 7-2-7-3-14
