Bottle from Birratrovo, Como; brewed June 2013
Pale blond color, hazy, with medium head. The aroma is delicate, a bit grassy, while the name of the hop suggests fruitiness (missing). Light body, the mouthfeel is very dry; light malt flavor and strong bitterness perception.
Only 3 months old, but maybe the hop quality is already gone.

Chiara buona schiuma un po grossolana piuttosto persostente nado leggermente erbaceo citrico agrumato mandarino poco corpo secca buona lippolatura scorza mandarino
