Dark amber brown almost no head woody vinous acetic sour note fruity cherry mould medium body hidden alcohol medium sourness hint of malt sweetness low hoppy note

Dark amber color, hazy, with small creamy head disappearing quickly. Aroma of wood, lightly vinous, and fruity. Still carbonated in the mouth, the body is thin, the mouthfeel light; moderate malt flavor with elegant wine notes, light fruitiness, a touch of spirit; correct bitterness; light residual sweetness.
It suffers from the light body combined with the high carbonation, the final dryness, but it’s quite pleasant overall. Not impressive though.
