ambrata buona schiuma piuttosto persistente naso leggermente speziato discreto malto corpo medio buona speziato scorza arancia amaro medio discreta beva leggero pepato un tocco balsamico

Bottle at I Gradoni Enoteca, Como
Beautiful amber color, hazy, with medium sized creamy head. Evident spices in the aroma, coriander, a bit herbaceous. Smooth body, good malt flavor with light biscuity presence and light honey, strong spices (coriander, cloves and something else that can be the Sichuan pepper); quite strong bitterness.
Very pleasant, elegant too.
