Bottle from Birratrovo, Como, bb 31 Aug 2013
The bottle is slowly gushing; amber color, cloudy, with compact head. The aroma is a bit spicy and lightly fruity, citrus fruits, orange peel. The carbonation is too high; the mouthfeel is quite dry (this could be a different fermentation result that it was back at Christmas); some malt flavor, with pleasant citrus fruit presence, very light acidity, and correct bitterness.
Balanced and nice.
