Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a hazy yellow color with a medium sized creamy white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was phenol, egg white and a bit of bubblegum. The flavor was bubblegum, egg white, yeast and a hint of perfumey hops. Long bubblegum finish. Light to medium body. Meh.

Draught at the brewpub
Unfortunately served with a lemon wedge. Hazy pale blond color, virtually no head. Light wheat aroma and flavor, but the mouthfeel is very weak and it has a light breadish/sourish character more appropriate to a Berliner Weisse; very low bitterness. No spices; it seems a bad choice of yeast.
