Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear pale yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a big earthy grass note with backing grain and bread. Flavor has a crisp grass note with a sweet grain and biscuit backing.

Draught at the brewpub
Light amber color. The aroma is quite buttery. The body is lean, the mouthfeel quite dry; it has some light malt and caramel flavor, with an evident buttery presence; correct bitterness; the hop provides very light and hidden aromatic components.
Quite pleasant overall, but if you are put off by diacetyl, avoid this.
