Despite Bavaria, and their purity law of 1516, that frowned upon brewing with rye, the rest of the world had no problems with it; here’s why. A pleasing fruit aroma; a light caramel malt flavour; and a distinctive woodsy hop character; and a spicy mint finish. This was a major challenge to make (brewers will confirm this), but we felt it was worth the extra effort.
English Rye Ale, similar to some of the premium English Summer Ales. We brewed this with a generous portion of rye malt to give a spicier character you typically don’t get from barley malt. Aged a little longer to mellow out the hop character, this beer is stupidly drinkable…very deceptive and very addictive!

Hazy light amber color, with creamy head. The aroma is indistinct. The flavor is dryish, some cereals, husk, not very seducing. Correct bitterness.
Even a Weizen can be better, no need to search further.
