Draught at the brauhaus in Sulzfeld
A beer for the summer
Cloudy deep blond color. There is a mild aroma of biscuity malts, light hops; unfortunately, also a light sourness (but not an infection; it smells like ripe fruits, but it can be due to a non-barley cereal). The flavor is simple, but with a light presence of caramalt and good quality malt; later this is lost, and maybe there are traces of rye; it’s a bit biscuity too; it has an ordinary bitterness, but in the final there is not much interest. Pleasant.
