Bottle. Creamy white excellent mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. light malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

500ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy, pale malty aroma with a subtle grassy hop note. Taste is minimally sweet grainy, pale malty with dry character.

Very good pilsener. Clear and pale. Good head. Well balanced between sweetness & bitterness. Medium body. Very pleasant: a good sample of the style.

Due to typical German pils flavor, I believe that I had this Binding on tap in a restaurant in Ilidza, Sarajevo. So it poured pale golden body with medium sized head that was going down slowly. Grainy and herbal hop aroma, sharp and simple as that. Flavor itself was similar, mostly bitter and dry, slightly sourish on moments. Medium to thin in body with shorter cardboard hop aftertaste. Average German pils, fine enough, but uninteresting and easily forgettable.

Draught at the Frankfurt am Main Hauptbahnhof. A light, dry, North German style pils. Decently drinkable with good enough, clean hops, but otherwise unimpressive.

Canned 500ml. -Yellow/golden coloured, medium sized white head that went away slowly, almost neutral nose. Weak malty, bready and slight acidic with some mild hoppy hint in the finish. Boring.

0.5l can courtesy of and shared with ogivlado Poured a dull golden body with a medium sized white lasting head. Weak nose, light acidic herbal notes. Bready, acidic, a bitter hopiness that’s quite low quality and irritating. Some pollen too. Light, crude bitter finish. Didn’t prove to be all that likable but we still had worse beers today...

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Discreet aroma: moderately sweet malty, slightly strawy nose with grassy and herbal hops. Bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Pale malty, slightly doughy and strawy taste with herbal and minimal grassy hoppy accents; dry and moderately bitter hoppy finish. Not bad by Hessian standards. 30.XII.09
