It pours a cloudy golden color; as the cork didn’t make any sound, the liquid is purely flat. The aroma has some astringency and sourness; the flavor is medium sweet, but with an interesting woody astringency, and good apple juice flavor. It’s a pity that something went wrong with the carbonation or storage, because it’s an interesting cider, at the same time complex to appreciate and easy to drink.
