500ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average, firm, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally bready and doughy grainy aroma, a cautious, unspecific fruity touch in apple direction, a touch of grassy hop. Taste is moderately sweet malty, minimally grainy, bready, or better hints of loaf/roll, cautious bitter hoppy overtones. If cold enough - not bad.

(screw cap bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Strawy pale malty aroma with hints of dough, traces of honey and herbal hops in the background. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a rather calm carbonation. Pale malt-character with shy hoppy spice; sweet and delicately bitter hoppy finish with delicately grainy notes in the aftertaste. Clean but not very exciting Helles. 02.VII.13

Bottle looks very simple, but okay. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts strong, intense malty-spicy, a bit alcoholic. Sourish-dry background. Finish could be more balanced, but still quite drinkable. Okay!

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A clear, golden beer with a small, off-white head. Pale malts and fruits on the nose, some grassy hops. Dry, medium body. The flavor has pale malts, some fruityness and bitterness and a touch of lemon. Dry, bitter finish. Not super exiting, but tasteful and quenching. 110129

Bottle: Clear, golden to deep golden coloured, small loose foamy layer; moderate sweetish dusty-malty nose with a (Tettnang?) hoppy background; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, quite soft; solid mal and shy, but aromatic, hops in the slightly lingering finish. O.K.......
