Hazy blond color, served in the traditional way. Delicate lemony aroma, nice sourness, some more fruitness later, carbodyoxide. Balanced taste, everything right, dryness, astringency, structure, sourness, sweetness (if possible?), sugars, from the beginning to the end. In the aftertaste there is light wood, fruits. Really pleasant.

The traditional way of serving Asturian Cider is by keeping the bottle as high as possible and let the cider do a waterfall to the pint-like glass held as low as possible in the other hand.
Tasted at Sidreria Bedriñana in Villaviciosa, the cider heart of Spain, worth a visit.
