From old tasting notes. Labeled as "Wasatch Wheat". Cloudy, deep gold color. Small creamy white head. Light wheat malt aroma. Soft malty flavor with wheat undertones. Light body with a pleasant hop finish. A mild wheat beer that quenches the thirst.
