[Trade from McTapps] Pours clear deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel and some fruity notes. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a big, firm and slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly biscuity malty aroma with traces of caramel and grassy hops in the background. Moderately sweet flavour, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Biscuity cara-malty taste with subtle fruity and flowery notes, accompanied by a tinge of grassy hops; sweet malty and delicately hop bitter finish with shy grassy accents. Not a great but still likeable pale Bock. 31.III.14

Bouteille: Deep golden, visible carbonation, small and persistent off-white foamy layer; sweetish malty and nutty nose with some hops in the background plus a tinge of alcohol; relatively solid sweet-bitter flavour, quite full bodied, but not as soft as promised on the label, but still pleasant MF; sweetish malty-caramelly finish with a tinge of alcohol, again, and a smaller amount of balancing hops. Not too great, but surely pleasant…

Schön süßlich-milder Geruch. Der Antrunk ist süßlich-vollmundig, mild und leicht alkoholisch-süßlich. Im Hauptteil ist das Bild mild-süßlich, schön weich und angenehm süßlich. Zum Nachgeschmack hin wird das Bier süßlich und ganz leicht hopfig-frisch.
--> Ein leckerer und sehr frischer Bock. Sehr süffig und mild. Lecker!!

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are grass, straw, malt and bitter hops.

Bottled. A dark golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of straw, hops, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, malt, and candy, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Frisch ist das Bier, dabei sind stets bockbiertypische Aromen zu erkennen, ohne das es alkoholisch wird. Der Mittelteil ist von einer dezenten herbe regiert, im Nachgeschmack setzt das Bier dann das gesamte Malz frei und lässt das Bier so harmonisch malzig ausklingen, allerdings steck auch eine gewisse Schärfe im Nachgeschmack, die jedoch nur leicht hervorsticht. Ein durchaus nicht zu verachtender Bock, der seine Höhepunkte deutlich im Nachgeschmack hat. Leider kommt der Mittelteil hierbei etwas zu kurz. 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a huge tan head. Aroma is breadish, roasted caramel and slight toffee. Sweet, caramelish and breadish flavoured mixed with a slight fruity/herbal hoppy flavour. Sweet malty and medium dry bitter finish.

Bottle 50cl.Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, toasted, sugar, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20091003]
