Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours clear, almost colourless. Medium white head, fizzy. Aromas of light honey, floral viol, synthetic grape sugar, cranberries. Taste is sweet, light citric, honey and grape sugary aswell.

Bottled. Pours pale rice water with a quick fizz, quite unappealing. Viola candy aroma and taste. That's about it.

330 ml cool blue bottle... Pours a hazy hay color with a big bubbly head that dissipates quickly. Aromas of spicy fresh cut apples and lilacs. Dry and subtle flavors of same. Dusty. A light summery mead...

Bottle @ home. Label states 6.9%. Very pale (almost watery) color, slightly hazy. No head. Aroma’s: sweet, perfumey, honey, light fragrant flowers. Retronasal it’s sweet, a bit artificial actually, buttery, vanilla, fruity. Flavor is not sweet at all actually, light sour even, but almost neutral. Light bodied. Not much of a finish. Seems like aromatized soda water, with a hint of alcohol. Not my thing.

330ml bottle from Beergium.com. Pale yellow colour with a white foam head that dissipates away. Aroma of fruity floral violet candy and honey. Taste is sweet, musky, honey, oxidized biscuity flavour, with floral violet notes. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry finish. OK but tastes abit oxidized

Bottle. Label says 6.9 percent alcohol. Color: Clear, almost no color, very lightly yellowish. No head. Taste: Medium sweet, notes of honey, flowers and candy, lightly sour (citrus) hints. Lots of bubbles, a bit like champagne. Nice to have tasted mead, but not really my style.

Draft - Sweet perfumy violets. Clear white little bbbles. Flowery, honey and a light finish. Bubbles play off the interesting flavours in a unique way. Interesting.

Sample at Borefts 2016. Poured a clear water like colour with little life. The aroma is zesty citrus, vanilla. The flavour is light sweet with a light watery fruit, light yeast palate. Light bodied with average carbonation.

Il gusto al naso si concentra su violetta e profumo. L’intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma va in rapida dispersione. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Le bollicine sono poche e fini. La carbonazione è morbida. Il colore è pallido. Il corpo è leggero. La struttura è sottile. Il dolce è pesante. L’amaro è assente. L’aspro è leggero. L’intensità gustativa è normale e la persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è estremo. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono gassate, lunghe e impegnative. Il finale è bruschino. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l’aroma riporta sentori di zenzero, vaniglia, miele, fiori e violetta.
