Ins Glas ergießt sich ein klares goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hopfig, getreidig, grasig. Geschmack hopfig, grasig, lang anhaltende Bitterkeit.

2012: 50cl bottle. Clear golden with a decent white head. Aroma is sweet malty and slightly bready. Flavor is sweetish malt and hops. Light but refreshing, bit stale finish, hint of cardboard.

Fresh, grassy, clean malty grainy brew. Points up.

Draught in a bar in Berlin. Medium gold with a thin head. Aroma is sweet and a little soapy. Flavour is herbal hop with a bitter sweet finish.

Bottle 33cl.Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, light hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20091003]

German Ulfborg tasting 09. Bottle. Pours clear pale yellow with a small white foam. Dry, grassy and watery. Thin palate. Bland and not interesting.

Pale yellow with a small white head. Malty aroma with DMS and a little herbal hops. Dry and malty flavour with nice spicy hop flavour and medium bitterness
