Flascherl: Pale golden with a greenish sheen, clear, small and stable white head; sweetish-bitter malty-dusty and hayish-grassy nose; much drier bitter flavour with a mild sweet touch, light bodied and tart; lingering dry grassy finish with very small malty counterpart. Disappointing, regarding the fact that the brewery is located in the Holledau...

On tap at Earl of Essex. Pale gold lasting white head. Bit of lager puke but the hops are good. Decent German pils rather good. Bitter finish. Good spicy hops.

Huge thanks to my brother for that one. Found it in my advent calender. Bottle looks simple but okay. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild but not washy, fine malty, more and more spicy, some light grasy notes. Dry background. Finish well balanced. Nice!

Bottled (Bier Zwerg). Yellow colour, huge white foamy head. Aroma is grass, herbs, some earth and mild grainy notes. Flavour is earthy, a bit dusty and rubbery along with grass and some herbs. Tasty, but still quite primitive.

Golden color with a small white head. Aroma is dry and hints of grain. Flavor is like the aroma with notes of grass.
