A light yellow beer, a head is quite big and white. Aroma has grain and malts, some grass and honey. Taste has grain, grass, also medium bitterness, pretty dry. Medium bodied. Tasteful.

Short 0,33 l bottle. BB 07.01.2024. Clear golden with a more than one finger white foamy head in the glass. Caramel with dry grain on the nose.Taste starts with a lot of caramel, increasing grainy and bitter hop. Malty in the second section. Mid carbonated. Long lasting bitterness in the aftertaste. Nice one

Appearance: clear straw yellow with a good frothy white head. Aroma: crackers, herbal, piney and spicy hop, fruity hints. Taste: Medium dry, light to medium bitter. Clean. Crisp. Cracker malt, good hop. Hoppy ending & aftertaste. Mouth feel: medium minus body, average carbonation. Summary: a decent Bavarian Pils.

Had this at Gasthaus Spitzer, Osterwaal on the way back from a 54km cycle ride Sunday 21st August 2022. Pours clear mid gold with a mid sized white head, excellent clarity. A little dryness but could be better, mid fruity, hoppiness a little muted, but fine.
