Getreidiger und frisch herber Antrunk. Vom Hopfen ist kaum etwas zu schmecken, dafür kommt im Verlauf eine wenig modrig wirkende Bitterkeit auf. Im Abgang wenig frisch, wässrig bitter, dazu noch Reste der anfänglichen Getreidigkeit. Trockener, sehr bitterer Nachgeschmack. 10/7/8/8/7/7

Bottle 33cl.Clear light medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, cabbage water, light hoppy, green grass, perfume. Flavor is light moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20091003]

German Ulfborg tasting 09. Bottle. Pours clear yellow with a small creamy white head and lacings. A bit of fruit, banana and hay. Watery and quite weak.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Sweet malty nose and a little fruit. Medium body, sweet malts and nothing much more - but pleasantly so. No real biterness. 031009
