We brewed this beer with our friends from Woven Water Brewing Company in Tampa Heights! This Imperial Stout was brewed with a blend of our favorite Imperial Stout recipes, doubled batches using only the first runnings, and boiled for an extended anount of time to give you a beautifully decadent stout. We then did a secondary fermentation on 90lbs of Blackberry Puree and conditioned this on a 1/2 lb of Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Beans & Cocoa Nibs! Vanilla and chocolate on the nose with the blackberry coming out more and more with each sip and as the beer warms. This beer got it’s name from the hometown that Jay from Woven Water & Jordan from PYBC share!
