Barrel-fermented and aged in American oak for 18 months with 25 types of yeast and bacteria, then refermented on 2 pounds per gallon of Agriberry raspberries for 5 months before being packaged for natural carbonation in November of 2019. Aromas and flavors of flower blossoms, fresh raspberry acidity and slight farmhouse earthiness. The finish is effervescent and dry, with lingering raspberry.
