This little saison was fermented with our unique yeast strain isolated from Leesburg, and dry-hopped with Loral, Hallertauer Blanc, and Calista hops. Light fruitiness, candy-like esters from bottle conditioning, hop juiciness. 66% Virginia pilsner malt & 33% wheat from our friends at Wheatland Spring Farm + Brewery.

Light hay and some lemon balm. Golden clear pour with ok head. Clean finish. Tap at Leesburg brewery.
