Prepare to be whisked away to a tropical paradise by our Pina Colada inspired sour. It pours a slightly hazy pale gold color with a white head. Aromas of sweet candied pineapple and fresh coconut flesh are followed by a bracing tartness and a slight sweetness from the tropical fruit additions. You’ll find the finish to be refreshingly dry as you anticipate your next sip.

Definitely a big initial pineapple and coconut vibe, Pina colada style. But then auch larger dose of lime takes over. Ends up seriously sour. Golden pour with ok head. Mouth puckering finish. Sampled at Gilly's.
