Brewed after our second estate grain harvest in autumn of 2020, rested in oak wine barrels over the winter, and bottle conditioned for months more in the springtime. We seed, tend, harvest and brew with ingredients we grow on our farm, for our beer. Well water, wheat from our first harvest, barley from our second harvest, wild-captured yeast, and honey from our bees collectively tell the story of our farm at the time Harvest 2020 was made.
