We packed it all in on this one. A hefty base of pale malt coupled with an obscene amount of flaked oats, white wheat and chit malt for tons of silky smooth body. We exclusively hopped this beer in the whirlpool with Mosaic Cryo for a ton of brambleberry notes and undertones of mango. We then double dry-hopped with Cryo Pop Blend B, a one-of-a-kind blend of hops from Yakima Chief that was specially formulated to highlight and accentuate 'berry' notes while also creating synergy with other tropical and fruit notes in the beer.
