Black with a medium sized beige head that left decent lacing. Intense marshmallow aroma. Flavor was bitterish roasty with marshmallow and a bit of cocoa. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.

Vanilla and marshmallow vibe is kind of novel, but at the same time it takes away from the basic drinkability you'd hope for from a Schwarzy. Black pour with OK head. Light sweet finish with a little roast. Tap at brewery.
