A dark chocolate lovers beer! Rich chocolate brown in appearance and light on the palate. This molé stout is packed full of cocoa nibs and copious amounts of pabalano, ancho, and guajillo peppers. The peppers make themselves known within the first whiff. It’s decadent, but not heavy or sweet and the molé sauce was made in house! We made this beer with love in mind and the intent of the addition of the peppers wasn’t to be overwhelming spicy, but to be a perfect pairing with the cocoa nibs.
