Our first Winter Ale was released in 2020 and was so popular that we’ve decided to make it an annual tradition! This is a beer to crack open in front of the fire after coming in from a cold, dark winter night. Heavy on the malt bill, and with a generous addition of molasses in the boil, this is a beer big enough to warm the soul. Expect a balanced sweetness with notes of treacle and coffee.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 4.5
Not a lot going for this beer. Unfermented sugar and some citrus. Florals and kind of a cloying unintended apricot type aroma at the end. Brown pour with ok head. Tap at brewery.
