Hazy amber. Aroma is slight dms fruity esters banana dough. Boring nose. Taste is sour yeasty body some bitter alcohol and bitter almonds with some chewy bitter grains. Medium full bodied. A bit too bitter and alcoholic. Underwhelming.

50cl bottle. Pours hazy orange golden colour with a mid-sized good lasting off-white head. aroma of fruity yeast, some banana and hints of clove. Taste of mild banana, soft fruity, dry, hints of clove.

500ml bottle. Hazy golden colour with huge, frothy, fully lasting, white head. Fruity, wheaty and yeasty aroma, hints of banana, apple, pear, clove. Taste is minimally sweet fruity, wheaty, hints of banana, later additionally with some bitter hoppy overtones; slightly watery, soft, creamy palate. A really good one (or is it for the reason that I didn’t have a Hefeweizen for several days and enjoy this one like the arriving wanderer water at the oasis?)

Schöne hefig-gelbe Farbe, der Schaum ist leicht cremefarben. Das Bier riecht frisch nach Banane-Citrus. Der Antrunk ist leicht wässrig-süßlich. Im Hauptteil entfalten sich eine fruchtig-hefige Note mit angenehmer Süße. Insgesamt aber etwas laff. Der Nachgeschmack ist leicht muffig mit ganz leichter Herbe und leicht süßlichen Hefe-Bananenaromen.

Fruity aroma with notes of cloves, oranges, citrus and wheat. Flavor is also very wheaty, notes of citrus (oranges) and spices. Light dry finish. Quite nice.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A hazy, orange-golden beer topped by a two-finger egg-white head that’s dense and lasting. Not much lacings. Banana dominates the aroma, but there’s also some lemon and cloves. Wheat too. Medium to full body with lots of carbonation, even for a hefeweizen. Banana, wheat and some cloves and lemon in the flavor, and a pleasant bitterness to combat the lemony sourness in the end. There’s a good sweetness in this one, even though the finish is quite dry. A quenching and well-crafted weissbier. 100424

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Hazy deep orangeish golden colour with mediumsized slightly off-white head. Aroma is wheat, some grains, mild wood, parfume, and some herbs. Flavour is actually sticky sweet caramelly and wheaty along with some quite sugary sweet notes. Also mild underlying toffeeish notes. Interestingly different aroma vs flavour, but then again, none of them suits me that well...
