Bottle BBF Jan 2010 @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, malt, hops and nuts. Dry finish.

Bottle. It’s a lightly unclear, golden bodied beer topped by a small, off-white head. The aroma has a pleasant hoppyness even though the bottle is way past BB-date. Pale malts, grass and some fluor toothpaste. There’s some oxidation of course, but not in an unpleasant way. Pale malts and some bitterness in the flavor. Oranges and a touch of pine cones too. Mostly bitter finish. Keeps surprisingly good this one. 121110

Bottle, BB:2010 @ FOneFan. Hazy amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hop with notes of yeast. Flavour is malt, fruit, medium sweet, little oxidized, hop and a little bitter.

Herber Antrunk mit milden aber vielschichtigen Hopfenaromen. Süffig, der Hopfen lugt nun vorsichtig hervor, das Bier wird süßlich. Die Aromen wechseln sich nun ab, die Herbe sticht mit dem angenehm gesetzten Hopfen am meisten hervor. Im Nachgeschmack nur noch hopfig. 11/10/10/11/9/11

Bottle 50cl. @ home.[ Trade by Maria ]. Light light unclear medium to dark yellow color with a average to large, frothy, excellent lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, earth, light hoppy, wormwood - porcelaincitrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20091006]
