Brewed to herald the start of spring, this 7.2% helles bock is light, refreshing, and easy to drink, while a touch high in ABV to stave off the odd chilly night we get this time of year. A simple malt bill of Pilsen, Vienna, and Munich, with Tettnang hops in the boil, notes of warm, doughy, fresh bread from the malt, along with a slightly herbal and floral hop character, with a touch of green tea, and a clean bitterness to balance everything out. Lagered slow and cold for 5 weeks, beautifully clean and crisp.
