Some light barrel. Pretty decent for style, kind of an upgrade from your typical Oktoberfest. Golden pour with decent head. Easy drinking still. Tap at Snally.

10 ounce at the brewery - wasn’t a fan of their last BA lager, and a Chardonnay barrel for this kind of beer is a weird choice - the rich, toasty maltiness of the base beer shines through here, with just hints of the barrel - if I went in blind I would not guess a wine barrel - rich but dry maltiness most of the way through before some caramel sweetness on the tail end - as it warms a little, the white wine adds a bright fruitiness that actually works pretty well with the malt character - it’s pretty good.
