Oaked red lager brewed in the tradition of a Franconian Rotbier using the oldest certified German malting barley variety, Isaria 1924. Fermented in stainless steel and briefly conditioned in a 500L oak puncheon to capture complimentary subtle sweet, toasty, oaky notes.

Lots of wood here, some rust. A touch of citrus. Pours copper with OK head and lacing. Finishes with some bitterness, leans more towards astringency. Tap at brewery.
