A small batch, experimental West Coast IPA brewed with thiolized yeast and a dash of turmeric. This novel yeast is cultivated to unleash the tropical aromas and flavors naturally found in hops and malt. To balance the influx of grapefruit and mango notes, we added turmeric to add a depth of earthy bitterness.
