Open fermented on a crisp autumn evening in our barn loft with yeast native to our farm. Transferred to barrels and rested through three seasons, before conditioning in this bottle you’re holding. The closer we bring farming and fermentation, the more this marriage provides.

Light nectarine and a little lemon. Hazy yellow pour without much head. Light tart finish but pretty smooth. Light overall. Tap at brewery.
