Our Northwest hopped collaboration with our Hip-Hop loving friends from Hop Culture Farms and Brew Co. Not only do they grow their own hops, but they also elegantly use and appreciate the nuances of America's illustrious and globally renowned hop growing industry in the Pacific Northwest. We picked a few lots of our favorite PNW Citra, Mosaic, Strata, and Amarillo to pit against our Northeast version of this IPA.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 8.5
Grapefruit and pineapple. Nice hops profile, and well balanced beer. Its a hazy but has some good body more reminiscent of a west Coaster. Murky orange pour with good fluffy head retention and good lacing. Bitter end. Can.
