Conditioned on Sugar Cube muskmelon from Good Dog Farm. Mixed-culture farmhouse ale fermented in hybrid oak square tanks. Bone-dry, effervescent, notes of lemon zest, basil, and white peppercorn. Soft oak tannins, light fruity acidity.

Lots of melon in this. Didn't figure out what it was until I looked at menu. Some lime. Pours golden without any head. Barrel is pretty low here, maybe a little whisky in this. Tap at brewery.
