Bottle. An almost clear, pale yellowish golden cider with some white bubbles on top. Cellar and ripe apples in the aroma. The flavor has ripe apples, notes of cellar and an initial sweetness. Dries up quite well, and has some astringency. Overall, a bit on the sweet side, but a decent cider. 091120

orange, white head. fresh apple, a little sourness, faint sweetness, obviously real cider. faint vineagra note too. flavor is sweeter than aroma suggested. ripe sweet apples, sugar, yeasty note too. palate is quite lively, carbonated. i’d say it’s way too sweet, but that’s probably on purpose, noone dares make a spanish style cider for the danish market. Aroma is better than flavor. still, a quantum leap in taste compared to somersby, harboe and the other ugly scandinavian macro ciders around.

Cloudy pale yellow with a disappearing white head. Sweet apple aroma, with a touch of pear, and maybe a hint of wood. Sweet and refreshing apple flavour. A little on the sweet side for my taste, but delicious
