It’s time to take a joyride with Spanish Johnny and the hard girls on Easy Street.
Easy Street is one of Jack’s clean and crushable pale ales. Clocked at a zippy 5.8% mph, this crisp little guy is constructed almost entirely from pale malt. It’s smooth, harmoniously bitter, and — aside from some slight hop haze — clear.
We whirlpooled with Mosaic Cryo, then hit the beer with an IPA-sized dry-hop of modern PNW classics: Amarillo, Simcoe, and more Mosaic.
Berry, fruity dankness, apricot, orange blossom… this will have you coasting like a cool Romeo.
