We’ve long pined for our own Munich Dunkel. Now, finally, we’ve ascended to such great heights. We’ve made it Over the Mountain.
Showcasing Epiphany’s round, golden-copper Munich malt and supported by a mélange of other Epiphany and Weyermann grains, Over the Mountain is ultimately an exercise in balance. Rich, toasty depth… without abundant sweetness. Floral and spicy accents from German-grown Hallertauer Mittelfrüh hops. Natural carbonation. A tidy 5%.
