Much like the freeze-thaw cycle that occurs a single season out of the year in our area, this dopplebock makes it's appearance every winter.
Sweet caramel and toffee followed by toasted, bready qualities makes this winter lager a delectable treat!

Draught at source: pours dark brown with beige head. Aroma is dark fruitiness, maltiness. Light caramel. Taste is on the lighter side for the heavier boost. Not too sweet. Low bitterness. Gluten reduced but pleasant.

Light roast, light caramel. Fairly dry for a doppelbock. Clear brown pour with decent head. Easy drinking for style. Tap at brewery.
