Bottled. An unclear light yellow cider with a fast disappering white head. The aroma has notes of yeast and apples, and so is the flavor, leading to a dry finish. The body is thin.

Bottle 63 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a strange cloudy and opaque milky yellow with a white head. Aroma primarily of yeast and a little apple. Medium body, very heavy carbonation, vague apple notes and an astringent dry finish. 130809

From tap. Pours hazy to murky pale yellow with no head. Aroma is baking/champagne yeasty, quite noticeable, and fresh apple fruity. Sweet and citric flavoured with a fresh apple fruity flavoured throughout. Citric and lingering fruity finish with a touch of yeast.
