Bottle, from trade with Papsoe. It’s a clear, copper colored beer topped by a minimal sized beige head. Fruity, slightly milky aroma with some orange peel. Low on the hoppy aromas. The flavor is sweet and bitter, with some caramel. Orange peel too. The finish is bitter. Full body. A drinkable beer indeed, but an IIPA needs American hops giving lots of citrusy, resiny flavors, not an English hop in what seems to be small quantities. 100331

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Almost clear amber golden with an off-white head. Aroma of English hops. Quite full-bodied, roasted malt and caramel and a fairly bitter finish. The base beer is alright, but please use some good quality US hops next time. 130809
