We love the Harts; and the Harts loves this stout.
This Imperial Stout pours almost black in color with a beautiful light brown head for a crown. The aroma of roasted malts, coffee, dark chocolate and even plum and raisin, tease of a complex and deep flavor profile that does not disappoint. “I Hart Stout” treats you to a generously complex flavor profile that is intense and multi-layered. The flavor greets with coffee-like bitterness and dark chocolate notes that give way to a subtle sweetness with whispers of plum, raisin and a touch of molasses. “I Hart Stout” is strong in all the right ways.

Roast and coffee. Some light caramel but this is a dry imperial Stout, which is my vibe. Hints of licorice. Black pour without much head. Bitter ass finish that hangs with you for a minute. Slick mouth feel. Tap at brewery.
