Marley is Adrien and Laura’s beloved nine-year-old doggo. Her beer is a 6.5% IPA hopped with two varietals that befit her taste for life’s finer things: Simcoe and Freestyle Nelson Sauvin. The latter New Zealand cultivar found its way into the kettle, while the modern PNW classic entered during whirlpool, before the transpacific duo united for a hefty dry-hop.
Just like Marley, this IPA is soft and friendly. We startes with a base of English pale malt, the fluffed it up with malted oats and flaked wheat.
It’s good beer, Brent.

Some Nelson and plenty of grapefruit. Simcoe kind of controls the vibe here, with Nelson providing a backdrop. A hint of detergent. Murky yellow pour with good head. Light bitterness, light sweetness in the finish. Tap at brewery.
